Cacao Connection

This time of ritual will bring in different practices of meditation, breath, movement & sound to evoke an energetic dance through the body. Cacaos essence will allow us to drop into a place of love, a place of presence. Throughout the hour, cultivating a sense of play & sparkle with the intention of connecting, embracing & unleashing our truest expression (possibly carrying this to the Wild Roses Dancefloor💃🏼)

Our time with Cacao will be a prayer to the Elemental Spirits which have created us, surround us, nurture us, and are us.

The Cacao we will enjoy is 100% organic, ethically sourced Chuncho Cacao from a small local farm in Peru. She contains all parts of the Cacao Bean and will be blended with an oat milk, coconut butter & maple syrup. These beans contain potent, heart opening medicine that will have you leaving the space feeling expansive & connected.

I have been working with this particular Cacao since my journey with her began and can't wait for you to feel her Love radiate through you.
